Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court and government records, with limits for sealed, expunged, juvenile, adoption, mental-health, and protected-person files. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Boyle County Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit Court, District Court, Family Court, traffic, criminal, divorce, probate, and guardianship case files. The Boyle County Clerk handles marriage licenses, deeds, mortgages, liens, recorded wills, elections, motor vehicles, and County Clerk open-records forms. The Sheriff's Office and Detention Center handle law-enforcement and custody records.
